Terms, Conditions, Policies, Disclaimer, and Liability Waiver for VIP Lifetime Access
I understand that any coaching, guidance, or advice provided through the VIP Lifetime Access program, including summit interviews, digital content, or any live or recorded sessions, is educational and informational and is not a substitute for professional medical care, mental health care, or therapy. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition.

I understand that coaching is an unregulated industry and that Janett Flores is not licensed as a mental health counselor or medical professional in the State of Texas or any other state. All services provided are considered to take place in the state of Texas for legal purposes.

I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for my own health, well-being, and choices during and after participation in the VIP Lifetime Access program. Any actions I take or decisions I make as a result of participating in this program are my own responsibility.

I understand that Janett Flores does not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to improved health, healing, or mental wellness. All ideas, suggestions, and guidance are provided solely to help me achieve my own defined goals.

I understand that my personal information will be kept confidential unless I report abuse (child, elder, or otherwise), threaten harm to myself or others, or a court orders disclosure. I acknowledge that the use of technology (email, phone, Zoom, etc.) carries inherent confidentiality risks.

I hereby release and hold harmless Janett Flores, her agents, successors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from my participation in the VIP Lifetime Access program or use of its content. I understand no additional promises, guarantees, or agreements exist outside this document.

I understand that VIP Lifetime Access is a one-time payment, and there are no recurring payments. Due to the nature of digital products and coaching content, all sales are final. Once purchased, I am not eligible for refunds or partial refunds.

Upon purchase, I will receive lifetime access to all VIP content, including summit recordings, bonuses, and digital resources. Access is non-transferable.

By purchasing the VIP Lifetime Access, I agree to these terms and enter a legally binding agreement with Janett Flores.
